What types of floors does Osmani Floor install?
Decorative metallic and flake systems, quartz and micro overlays, and industrial systems for garages, warehouses, parking decks, chemical rooms, and slip-resistant areas.
Where can epoxy floors be used?
Homes, shops, hospitality, workshops, production, parking, and wet rooms — once the substrate and use are checked.
How long does an epoxy floor last?
With the right system, preparation, and care, a resin floor can serve for many years. Life span depends on traffic, chemicals, and maintenance.
Do you offer custom colours?
Yes. Solid colours can follow RAL/NCS ranges. Metallic and flake blends are mixed to sample.
How far in advance should I book?
Plan three to four weeks ahead where possible so substrate checks, materials, and site access can be organised.
Can seamless floors be used in wet rooms?
Yes, with the right waterproof build-up, coving, and slip resistance. We specify this after seeing the room.
What substrate preparation is required?
The surface must be clean, dry, and sound. Grinding or shot-blasting and levelling are often required before the resin system.
Must the room be empty?
Yes for a clean, continuous installation. Furniture and goods should be removed before we start.
Can you work around an operating business?
Often yes, in phases, evenings, or shutdown windows. This is planned with the site.
