Osmani Floor lays seamless resin floors, from decorative floors in homes to industrial halls. We work with epoxy and polyurethane systems and design finishes.

Site visit and inspection
We look at the concrete, measure the area and ask how the space is used: traffic, chemicals, water, cleaning.

Recommendation and offer
You get a clear recommendation for the system, colour and finish, together with an offer.

Preparation
The concrete is ground or blasted, cracks and holes are repaired, and the surface is made clean, dry and sound.

Application
Primer, resin layers and, where needed, flakes or quartz are applied in stages and sealed with a protective topcoat.

Hand-over and care
We explain when the floor can be walked on and driven on, and how to clean it so it lasts.
Why preparation matters
A resin floor is only as good as the surface under it. Moisture, dust, oil and loose concrete are the most common reasons a coating fails, so we check and prepare the surface before we apply anything.
